“We just wanna make sure she’s okay”: Major US News Channel Directly Reaches Out to Buckingham Palace to Get to the Root of Kate Middleton Saga

The Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has been a subject of discussions since undergoing a planned abdominal surgery in January this year. The secrecy surrounding the details of the surgery and rumors about her health have sparked controversy, particularly due to her absence from the public eye for nearly two months.

In an effort to address the speculation and calm public concerns, Kensington Palace released a photograph of the beloved Princess with her children, extending Mother’s Day wishes to all. However, this move seems to have backfired, as it only fueled further speculations, prompting CBS Mornings to directly reach out to Buckingham Palace to get to the root of the issues.

Kate Middleton’s First Post-Surgery Photo Sparks Specualtions

The social media pages of The Prince and Princess of Wales recently shared an image taken by Prince William. The image shared the first official look at Kate Middleton since she underwent abdominal surgery earlier this year.

However, soon after its release, the picture sparked numerous questions when it was subsequently removed from the archives of major photo agencies. The alleged reason behind this action was the claim that the image shared by the royals had been altered.

The agencies have pointed out several discrepancies in the image, notably focusing on Princess Charlotte’s left hand. Additionally, observers have pointed out inconsistencies in the alignment of the sweater pattern worn by Prince Louis and blurring around Princess Kate’s hair, and zipper, among other discrepancies.

Middleton later admitted editing the photo in her statement, as she apologized for “any confusion” caused over the family photo. “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” she said in a tweet before adding, “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”

Williams also stated how the picture has been the highlight in the UK while claiming that people there were highly eager to see Middleton. The show hosts Gayle King, Nate Burleson, and Tony Dokoupil further discussed the controversy, with the latter questioning the intentions behind editing the photo.

However, King and Burleson argued against the outrage, suggesting that photo editing is a common practice. They further suggested that the negative reaction to the image might have prompted Middleton to issue an apology. “We just wanna make sure she’s okay,” Gayle King said, emphasizing the public’s concern for the Princess of Wales’ well-being.
